Dispatch: orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of us confirming with you on WhatsApp, however the order was placed. You are sent a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.

Delivery time: typically 3–5 business days depending on your city.

Payment: cash on delivery. Nothing is charged up front and we take no card details — you pay the courier at your door.

How to order: either check out on this website, or message us on WhatsApp if you would rather speak to a person first. Both reach the same studio, and we confirm every order on WhatsApp before it is dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

Because fragrance is a personal and hygienic product, sales are final once the tamper-evident seal has been broken.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at our cost. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it.

If you are unsure which entry suits you, order the Discovery Set first — it exists so you can live with all five before committing to a full bottle.

Questions & Storage

What is an Extrait de Parfum?

Extrait de Parfum is the highest concentration a fragrance is made at. Compared with Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette it carries a much greater proportion of perfume oil, which is why it projects further and lasts from morning into the night rather than fading by midday.

How should I store it?

Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity to protect the raw materials. The original box in a cool, dark place — a dresser or wardrobe — is ideal. Do not store fragrance in a bathroom.

What sizes do you make?

Two: a 10 ML discovery size and a 50 ML presentation in heavy glass. Every bottle photographed on this site is the 50 ML.

Where is my order?

You are sent a courier tracking number by WhatsApp when your parcel is dispatched. If it has not arrived, reply to that same thread and we will chase it for you.

Privacy

What we collect. When you place an order — on this website or on WhatsApp — we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city and, if you give it, your email address. That is all we need to get a parcel to your door.

What we do with it. We use it to fulfil your order, arrange delivery and contact you about that specific order. Nothing else, unless you tick the marketing box at checkout.

Marketing. The checkout carries a tickbox about hearing from us, and it starts ticked. If you leave it ticked we may occasionally email you about new archive entries and offers — a few times a year, not weekly. Untick it at checkout and we will only ever contact you about your order.

You can stop the emails at any time and we will act on it immediately: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message we send, reply to it, or write to concierge@notesandarchives.com. We do not make you explain why, and unsubscribing never affects an order you have already placed.

We never sell your data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details to anyone, whether or not you opted into marketing.

Where it is stored. Website orders are stored with Supabase, our database provider, who process it on our behalf. Orders placed over WhatsApp sit in that conversation, governed by WhatsApp's own policy. We keep order records for our accounts and to handle any later query about a delivery.

Seeing or deleting your data. Write to concierge@notesandarchives.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — other than records we are required to keep for accounting.

About this website: in common with most online shops, this site loads the Meta (Facebook) pixel. It records which pages you viewed and what you added to the cart. That data is handled by Meta under their privacy policy and is used to measure and target our advertising.

What we send when you place an order. We send Meta a record of the sale — which items, and the total — together with a scrambled one-way code made from your phone number, your name, your city and, if you gave one, your email address. The code cannot be turned back into your details. It exists so Meta can recognise that the person who bought is the same person who was shown an advert, which is the only way we can tell whether advertising is worth paying for. Your delivery address is never sent to Meta, in any form.

Sent twice, on purpose. That sale record goes to Meta once from your browser and once directly from our server, so it is not lost to a dropped connection on a phone. This is worth being straight about: a tracking blocker or private browsing stops the browser half, but not the half sent from our server. If you would rather no record of your purchase reached Meta at all, order on WhatsApp instead — those orders never touch this website and are never reported to anyone. Browsing the site with a blocker on works exactly as well as without.

Which advert brought you here. If you arrive from an advert, the link carries a campaign tag. We store that tag with your order so we can tell which adverts are worth paying for. It records the campaign, not you — no name, no number, no address is involved.

The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers.

By ordering from Notes & Archives you agree to these terms. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change; the price shown at checkout, or confirmed with you on WhatsApp, is the price you pay.
